I just got this game in the mail from Playasia last night and needless to say, I'm way impressed (Frame rate be damned) Edge would up reviewing the game recently and gave it an 8. I will love to see what Sandlot can do with the announced Xbox 360 sequel (and I hope it makes it out here too!)
Earth Defense Force 2 will come out Q1 2007 for ps2 in Europe. Rumour says 60hz option, etc. Budget release by the D3/Essential Games as 'Global Defence Force' (The Chikyuu Boueigun 2)
Also at the same time 505gamestreet will release Zettaizetsumei Toshi 2: Itetsuita Kiokutachi (Disaster Report 2) as 'SOS: Final Escape 2'.

Disaster Report sucked. Is that the Irem game where you start out on the bridge? Yeah, that game was atrocious. Bad time for budget PAL gamers. Then again, I guess good times over there is not having to wait for 12 months for a console launch and a dildo in your butt.

What's a good shop for PAL imports then? I'd like to get Disaster Report 2 myself.
Ammadeau: Hmm, hard to say. My only experience is with shops that ship INSIDE europe. Anything that has to cross the Atlantic Ocean equals trouble. I mostly use play.com but I'm not sure they ship international? Else try amazon.co.uk or amazon.de. I'll be keeping a lookout for potential places for US shoppers.
iloveps3: I liked disaster report, sure it had some framerate issues, but not enough to detract from the experience.
