Cool website where a guy eats some very disgusting, yet still edible, things. Very interesting:

I liked the breast milk, fermented soybeans and the very first one ("food product")

Oh god that infected corn and the silkworms were horrible.
I will generally eat anything I am exposed to or put up to, out of curiosity in and of itself, or when I am challenged to do so. Those pupas push the limits of what I'd get excited about, but when you consider the number of live insects I've eaten, I guess it's not that gross.
I've eaten potted meat food product as well, and I gotta say, it's not quite as gross as Steve makes it out to be. It's kinda like cat food in terms of its smell and probably texture. The flavor was mostly an unpleasant blend of overpowering spices, and a lingering meat-funk.
There's a Mexican restaurant here that has huitlacoche on the menu. I still need to go there.
After reading that, it's crazy to think of what the human body digests, and even more surprising, what people pay to digest.
I think the grossest is a tie between the soft pork rinds and the diseased corn. That's probably what it looks like to eat bubonic plague.
I should have known that natto would be on that list. God that stuff is repulsive.
