I have the ones that are in the "Capcom Gift Surprise Figures" set...what's annoying is that they all come in yellow "Santa Claus" type gift bags (with the character's picture and logo on it), so you don't know if you got the original color or a crummy variant color scheme until you open the bag...lucky for me, the guy at the dealer's booth let me open the bags and pick exactly which ones I wanted. I really don't like the colors other than the primary, either. These things are very cool, though.

EDIT: GAAAH!! Holy shit! I just scrolled down on the page you linked to and noviced all the other figures they have! They have all sorts of Darkstalkers figures! The Capcom Vs. SNK figures look great, too! Gaaah! Gotta order them all now!!! :eek:

Hey, Werewolf, they have a Jon Talbain figure too!

My favs: Lillith and Q-Bee! They're just so much fun, and Showtime is a blast pulling off on people. C'mon, clap along!

Does anyone have any particular colors that they like to use for their characters?

I generally prefer Morrigan with the blond hair ( Shork Kick, I think ), Demitri with the dark blue uniform ( Roundhouse Kick ), Lilith in Orange and Black ( it makes her clothing changes black in her winpose also ) are a few of my favorites.

The voice and sound effect tracks are top-of-the-line also: You can't forget these ( my personal favs )

Talbain's howling
Bishamon's "Hien-Zan" EX Uppercut voice echo and the evil laughter of his Armor in his Victory pose
Lilith's joyful "Yatte de" winpose ( in M_S's sig )
Demitri's the rhythmic gouging bites in his Midnight Pleasure followed by the 4 kicks and "GET MY RAGE!"
Phobo's "offline" sound
Victor's grunts, particularly his Fierce Button hits
Bulleta's Victory Song: *Microphone drops - do-do, do-do-do, DO-KAN!*
Jedah's insane laughter
Morrigan's gleeful victory laughter


There is just so much to say about these games....:cool:

its a cool series
i only have the first one and the 3rd one on the PSX

ill have to pick up vampire saviours some time on the Saturn or Chronicles on the DC

Best ways to finish an opponent: Morrigan's Darkness Illusion (I think that is the name... I should start remembering them) and Lilith's comparable super. Nothing better than a 20+ hit combo to finish them off.

Morrigan has some of the best supers... well, the nicest variety, I think. That Cryptic Needle super isn't too great but fun to use once in a while, anyway.

My love for this series know no bounds. i remember when I first saw it in my March 95 issue of Gamefan(actually, my first issue of gamefan), and mu jaw dropping when I saw what it looked like. Friends of mine dismissed it as street fighter with monsters, but so what? Even if it was, it has a whole lot more personality to me than street fighter. Sadly, the only one I have is Vampire Chronicles, but that is all I need. i love the music in it.

There is 1 Gallon figure, a small one but one none the less, I will have to order it ^_^

My favorite game of all time! (or games?) Vampire series ROCKS! I bought it for PS when it came out (long box) and the import PS (Vampire) last year. Also have Night Warriors and Vampire Savior on Saturn. Great games! I'd love to have the garage kits and other figures. They look very nice but sum are hard to come by. Hopefully this year, I can get a dedicated arcade machine of Darkstalkers. Truly love the game!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Actually it took me until VS til I figured out what she was saying :)

Needless to say, I'm the only person in my group of friends who uses Morrigan Religiously, in ANY game she's in.

I've got to get some of the figures and soundtracks one of these days.
