The military has this for their MRE's (rations). I never used the 'Heating Option' on mine, just ate the stuff, cold, and salty ,but its out there.

I thought it tasted alright, but yeah the novelty of it is what really gets the attention.

It's a good idea. The application of this should be very interesting. Imagine hot chocolate that stays hot. But what I don't understand is how you don't burn the fuck out of your hand. If it's hot enough to warm up coffee and keep it so, then how doesn't it burn your hand?

I assume it's insulated, but maybe you'll need a fuck load of napkins.

How much does it cost?
