I agree. That's why I only wear Chucks when I'm not going out for long. Sketchers are pretty comfortable. So are DC shoes after breaking them in.
DC's fall apart super quick though.
Vans = comfort + durability.
Yeah, DCs are like paper. I still have a pair that have almost no sole left.
Never had Vans, though.

The last couple pairs of Vans I've tried one were complete shit. They were way too narrow for me to wear. My feet are on the wide side, but wide width shoes are generally too wide. Vans were just right for the longest time, and not anymore. It's pretty frustrating. I have a pair of DCs that I beat the hell out of and they've held up decently, been back to wearing my old Converse Weapons lately and I have a pair of Nikes that fit okay for running, not tha I've done that in a while.Quote:
