It's been more than a month and I'm sure everyone that wanted Nintendogs has already gotten it and played. More than a month has passed and I'm curious if eveyone chucked the cart into a drawer alongside Pocket Pikachu and Tamagotchi.

I played it for a day maybe. Fire Emblem immediately won over my time. I really didn't like that game at all. My own dog is cooler, funner, and not auditorily handicapped.
I bought it the day it came out but didn't like it much. Only a few weeks later did I go back and start to enjoy it more. So, yes, I still break it out now and then and have a little fun. Will I still be playing in several months time? Highly unlikely.
I didn't like it as much as I hoped I would. I traded it in for Castlevania, but I kept the box and instructions. If I ever feel like getting it again, I'm sure there'll be a million cheap used copies everywhere.
I stopped about a month in a half in. I was raising 3 dogs and quite honestly, it was getting annoying having to care for them one at a time. Sup major design flaws.
I don't have a DS yet, but Nintendogs is still among the big list of games that I must get for it. I've heard from quite a few people that they got tired of it after about a month or so, but this has yet to dissuade me from wanting it.
It started make me feel bad that I'd give a virtual pet so much attention and not my own dogs.
I still play it when I get my headaches, as it's very stress relieving. Went back to playing Lumines again though, so that's taking up most of my portable time.
This is how I realized I stopped playing Nintendogs.
"Hey Jared, when you come out tonight bring your DS for some Nintendogs."
"Right, the -- OH MY GOD THE NINTENDOGS! It's been about. . two. . two weeks now. Yeah. They're dead. . Definetly dead."
Just like my fish.
Sorry seaman.
