Well at least newer cars are safer. The car taxes here are so high that I couldn't afford to drive a car later than '84 - which means unsafer conditions for drivers. I even see people ride veteran cars around to school here.

I ride a Crescent from the seventies btw. This year I'll try to make it through the winter with it but I'm gonna treat myself to some new shoes atleast.
