If you like campy anime/manga, you can't go wrong with Tech Romancer.
I had a ton of fun with it, going through the story mode with each character is pretty slick.

Front Mission 3 (PSX) is a decent tactical-rpg. 4 is worse IMO, but in hindsight I can't really figure out why.
I haven't played these, are they any good?

I loved Front Mission 3, the internet hacking stuff minigame was awesome.
Phantom Crash was alright. I own it, played it for a few hours but really didn't feel like there was anything to keep me playing.
