Nick Rox Lives

I seen this a couple weeks ago and meh'd to myself. His first article was terrible, I mean, why should I care about shops in Akibahara.
This moron never deserved ANY praise that he has ever gotten for his writing. He was a walking contradiction that is best left forgotten.

He does have his mother's mouth, though. That has to count for something : )

Heh, cool. I'll have to check that out. I always liked Rox's insane Gamefan ramblings.

I think it's more, he's now living in Japan (under what conditions, I'm not sure), and is doing a little bit of work for Play because he can give them some Japan stuff.

I hung out with a group of guys on AOL, christ, almost 10 years ago, who had a weird fascination with Nick Rox. Can't say I ever read anything he ever wrote.

The Japan section's not bad - it reads like a strategy guide for buying games in Akihabara or something.
