So when you go to the town gate does it list all your friends/codes/who are online or do you always have to go to each village "manually"/one at a time?

B is useless and has no security. G is the standard with WPA-PSK security (which translates to: You make a catchphrase that has to be entered to gain access to your network), if people bother to enable it which is really only about half the time if you're interesting leeching (which you are).
