That Nintendo Power article pretty much confirmed a Day One purchase. I'm still amazed Nintendo pulled off an online Animal Crossing.
I think the slingshot is a pretty cool idea. You could have town raids with slingshots or old western shootouts. I also like the addition of being able to cultivate more plants/flowers. The stylus will also make it much easier to design clothing.

This will be the greatest game of all time.
So... when do I have buy a DS/wireless router?
Get the mario kart bundle today, like I am. The game comes out next tues.
