I thought it was pretty good. I'm not saying it's a world beater. I always thought Legacy of Kain was overrated anyway though, so the comparison was a bad one for me. Considering we have garbage like Final Fight X coming out, finding a beat'em up of Buffy's calibur is rare, even if it isn't a AAA title.

This was my review back when it was released.

I liked the first Buffy game a lot.

If you want a vampire game, go play Morrowind.
