Joe Rogan posted this on his website a couple weeks ago, and the world needs to enjoy it. I think this guy's name is "Twisted" or something, but Joe Rogan just calls him "Gangsta Fag". According to him this guy approached a buddy of Joe's, tried to hit on him, and then dropped him his CD. This guy is dead fucking serious. This isn't a goof.
