I just got it yesterday...I've only got about 6% on the single player. So I'm not too experienced yet (However, I won the one wifi game I player). I'll add everyone here, and post my Friends code when I look at it.

I just put it back up, try again...or you put up a game and I'll try to connect to it.
I looked up that code and it looks like it's a firewall issue. I'll have to see if I can get that set up right.

I tried creating a game just now...and it I got some different error code...it said miselanious error...lame. I'll try again though. You have an AIM?

I was reading a little be about it on the nintendo forums...and most seem to be saying it's server side, and not with out connections/firewalls, etc.
