What are you talking about? Right now, the only 6GB iPod is the Rev. B iPod Mini and that is most definently a 2.5" HDD. The only flash-based iPods are the Shuffle and the Nano, currently, although with the recent unveiling of the 32GB flash card (by Samsung, I believe?), we'll definently see that become more prevalent.

guys let's not forget that 4 and 8GB cards are going to be used in professional digital camera that are 8Megapixel and above. also in my sony digital cam, recoding video at fine quality(30fps) eats up so much memory. i remember recoding 1(or so) minutes of fine video and the file size was 60MB.

anyways, give it times and the 4/8GB MSpd will also drop in price.

Sorry, mental mix-up. Nano is currently 2GB and 4GB, but all of the rumors are for a 6GB model to show up soon. So that's where I got the 6GB number from.

For real. I have a 1gig memory stick pro and a Sony P-100 and on fine mode that only gets me about 14 minutes of video.

I don't need my pornography to be in fine video. 8 gigs would fit a lot of porn, though.
