Just smoke a bowl
I can get into just about any schedule that's necessary without a problem, but if there's nothing keeping me on schedule, then I just sort of drift.
Without any outside influence, I tend to sleep ~10hrs and stay up ~20.
The 16/8 schedule just isn't my bag.
I don't have to worry about the sun or noise during the day, since I've got interior shutters on my window (which is nice, since it's roughly 4.5'x8' and right in front of a street light) and live in a relatively quiet building.
hey schlep were are you... and yah i cant fall asleep
yah...
I stay nocturnal.
Mine's completely fixed now that the winter break is over. Woke up yesterday at 6:30am and fell asleep the minute I hit my bed at 2am. Good times.
I drank some pepsi the other week and didn't get to bed till 3am and had to get up at 9am. I was crabby, depressed, and sleepy all day. I'm staying away from Caffenine after noon from now on.
I get narcoleptic like Grandpa Simpson whenever I smoke a blunt. Bowls for some reason, temporarily give me a second wind. Either way, smoking copious amounts of gange should do the trick.Quote:
