In this episode we really see the New Jersey crew coming apart at the seams. We get to see just how childish these men are without a strong leader to guide them. The ending of the episode was a little cliched, but at least Steve Buscemi had a cameo.
I'm glad they fleshed out Silvio's character a little bit. He's still the most boring character on the show, but at least he's got a little motivation behind him. Hell, even Gabrielle is more interesting than he is, especially with her unexpected Lady Macbeth turn.
What's up with Vito meeting Finn in the hall? I couldn't tell whether he wanted to blow him or blow him away (to quote a forgotten '90s alt-rock one-hit wonder).
Paulie was great in this episode, he's still one of my favorite people on the show.
And I'm glad to see Tim Daly's character return. "It's Saw meets Godfather II!"

Good episode and I still like the way they used alot of symbolism. He talks to chinese monks because his sister is watching over him for the night and she just ate chinese. He hates the next door neighbor in the hotel room, because Uncle Louie is sitting with him talking.

I thought the monks were because one of the doctors was asian. They showed him checking his pupil dilation in last nights episode.
