1 can beer
1/3 to 1/2 box of brown sugar

in a pot simmer the beer and brown sugar mixture till all the sugar melts. Pour the mixture over sliced kielbasa in the bottom of a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. It helps to occationally open the oven and baste the kielbasa. It's a good idea to line the pan with foil and make sure the first thing you do when you take it out of the oven is to rinse the pan in hot water to get the sugar off. Otherwise the pan will get krispy kremed and it could be bye bye pan.
I love Keilbasa but it's really nothing more than a giant hot dog.

I made some Pumpkin Pancakes last weekend, they were great. Tasted just like IHOP's.
