Nope, not really. He doesn't smell very bad, and the only part of him that does smell is his head, probably just from tearing the shit up. Which makes it extra awesome.
Got lucky. Part lion or something.
My cat is sitting on the coffee table hacking up a hair ball.
It's all very pleasant.

I'm adopting two rats! The lab used to adopt ours out after experiments were done but the new director doesn't allow it, so I found a rat rescue run by a lady an hour away, and she can transport them down to where I am. I got a big bird cage on craigslist really cheap that I'm converting into a rat home (you just add some levels to the cage and things to climb and rest on). Going to look into making or buying some ferret toys, since rats really like those hammocks and such.
Can't decide between slightly older, already bonded, reportedly very chill female pair (one of which has a goofy :3 nose since she had a wound as a pup heal funny) or two from the pile of babies. They have dumbo rats, with the big round ears on the side of the head...
