This I believe. The anime is bloody awful. Pretty in parts, but totally, totally awful. It's like the Japanese misunderstand storytelling concepts in the most flowery way possible.

It was alright. Some really crazy background CG animation, a really good score and interesting characters, but the story never really went anywhere. The ending was completely unsatisfying. Can't say I'd recommend it to anyone.
