Okay, I can't stress the importance of informational interviews enough. It shows potential employers that you're interested enough to not just send a resume/cover letter but that you're willing to take time to set something up with them and talk about it. The link has great pointers (NEVER ask for a job). Remember that this is your opportunity to refine what YOU want in a job and to practice talking with others in a professional capacity.
You should be putting out 5-6 resumes a day (depending on what sort of job you're looking for). Although, as a non-professional undergrad, you can probably drop that to like 1-3 a day. Stop dallying and get that degree. Go wait tables/work in a coffeeshop and go to school.
