I dont think its too much past sci-fi to see this happening someday. Put it this way. A transmitting radar on the ground is like a super high powered microwave and can roast a living thing from the inside out. The radar on F111's was well know to be able to send backpulses/(OMG EMP) to effectively fry all electronics in an area (especially those trying to track it). I dont see it being impossible for a radio "freek" to set off explosive's at the right setting sometime in the future.

Radio frequencies aint no joke.

are you super shure about this? Modern U.S. military machines usely have shielding built into them to protect against EMPs. Or at least that is what they currently claim.
