Don't ever call Xbox support

So I call to cancel my Live sub (mainly because I didn't know when it needed to be renewed since they automatically take it out plus I haven't been on Live for months).

So the guy says "well, what if I told you about a card, not just any card, a discount card that would save you a bunch of money called a Diamond Card. No, it doesn't have real diamonds in it but its so awesome, blah blah blah, it even has your gamertag on it, blah blah blah"

Dude goes on for 15 minutes telling me stories about this damn card!! I wanted to pull my hair out. So said fuck it, just tell me when I need to renew my account so I know ahead of time to have money for it. (Plus Im sure when I get a 360 I will be playing online again.)

Is this damn thing as great as its cracked up to be?

He's not a robot, cut him off. I know these people can be frustrating but at some point you just have to say, look, I need to get off the phone, please stop speaking for a sec and let me get a word in.

I got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. It came with a buy one sub get one free coupon from Quiznos... yippie!

I didnt have that problem when I canceled. But then again, Diamond Cards didnt exist.

I agree. Toasted subs doesn't hide the lack of quality ingredients.

Buy one get one is the only way to avoid getting ripped off at Quizno's. www.xboxlivediamond.com has a list of retailer "bargains" with it like $15 off something over $75 at the Sharper Image.

Subway is definitely better.

No fucking way is Subway better. It's cheaper, but nowhere near the quality of Quiznos. Do yourself a favor and check for yourself and don't listen to anyone but yourself on who is better.
