So is this a homebrew thing, a commercial thing, or what? The links in the article don't work.

No doubt. We have a real problem when Compass can continue to waste bandwidth without so much as a warning.Quote:

[sidenote (well, this is all sidenote-ish I guess)]: Didn't they have OotW all finished for the GBA but it got scrapped at the last second? But you can still get the ROM online? Thought I remembered reading something like that on here.
I can't tell, it's in French. But the link works for me just fine, so here's one of the comparision shots:Quote:

Yes, and he makes reference to this in the article. A fan of the game, Cyril Cogordan, prepared a GBA version but couldn't find a publisher (and was gently reminded by Chahi that he/Delphine still owned the rights). But instead of suing him, Chahi got involved in the project and made some improvements. Now they've released the game on cell phones.Quote:

Guess he was pretty unhappy with Heart of the Alien.
I loved the first OotW but never played Heart of the Alien. Was it any good? Would it be worth my while to download it? I swear I have seen it on Home of the Underdogs.
It wasn't nearly as good as the first, but it's worth a download, and worth a play. Heart of Darkness is worth checking out, too (it was made by many of the same people).Quote:
