Uh..No he can't. It's not something that can just be turned around by royal decree. It'd take a major initiative that have to get through the Congress (which it would never do) and then it'd even be put to the voters where the majority of the country would have to support it.

Hell no. He hired a female policy director who is not only a woman but a lesbian. He is actively courting Dems and working with them on policy. They are already calling him a RINO and has lost any and all capital he gained during 2004's RNC Convention. He played the hardline Repub thing last year, lost, now realizes he is governor of CALIFORNIA (not Mississippi) where people are liberal and like it.

edit: as someone who voted for him I was really dissapointed with the way he acted, he said when he ran he would court both sides and early on he did that... why he turned into Super Republican, fighting against teachers and nurses and shit (seriously, will anyone win against teachers and nurses?), I have no idea, but he is castrated.

I say we run a black guy against a white woman and watch the whole country shit itself.

I don't thinks it's impossible. Most of this country is immigrant from the rich to the poor and most people don't care about that. I think the american public would be okay with the idea. Congress wouldn't deny it if public spotlght is put on the issue becuase they would be deemed as anti-immigrant.

Amendments to the Constitution have to go through in a supermajority, I believe 75%, and there's no way in living hell that anything pro-immigrant like what you speak of would go through now. If you think it will you aren't informed. Please stop being ignorant.

I doubt most reps around the country know this.The rural family in Georgia sees Arnold as the guy who tried to tame CA. Most people don't keep up with governor from other states know matter how well known they are. Do we in CA know half of the shit Jeb Bush pulls?
