Housing prices are ludicrous everywhere. My uncle in Florida was telling me about how prices shot up, I remember saying to my mom, back in 2000 or 2001 when she got divorced, she should move to Florida and buy a house for $85,000 (which is what real estate cost then). Now its like $250,000 for the same shit.

A correction in the near future, paired with a surge in the stock market, would be jawesome for chumps like me.

And it's not just the price of housing that's crazy here, it's the taxes.
