This was running playable on PS3 behind closed doors at E3, with fully deforming terrain ala MotorStorm. Also, keep in mind this is unconfirmed, but it looks like Sega's new racing studio has former members of both the Rallisport team at DICE and the Colin McRae team at Codemasters.
