A phobia is an irrational fear, what were they trying to accomplish bringing her to that factory? It's like torture.
I actually knew a kid when I was younger who was fucking horrified of pickles. You could seriously chase him with a pickle, just like the girl in the video. He's dead now.
A girlfriend of mine is also really afraid of birds. She doesn't freak out around them but does get really nervous around big groups of them, like a flock of seagulls at the beach.
In her defense, pickles are really fucking gross.
One way to get rid of a phobia is by exposing yourself to a phobia, but not like that.
First you imagine pickles. Then you see pictures of pickles and learn about them. Then you see videos of people with pickles. Then you hang out with pickles from a long way off. Then you hold and maybe even eat pickles yourself. It's a gradual process and when pickles is the example it sounds fucking retarded.
I'd say something about the those people being publically humiliated, but they agreed to go on the show in the first place.
I should watch TV more often.
I'm not sure I'd group in dogs with the other phobias, because that one actually makes some amount of sense.
Yeah, a dog can kill you. You have to really fuck up to be killed by a pickle.

Edit: So after watching all these videos, seems like women only have these stupid phobias.
The "I hate all dogs because they're evil demons who want to eat you" line made me laugh, but I myself have always been pretty scared of dogs since I got bit by one several years ago.
EDIT: The girl with the dog phobia is a bit stupid for carrying around a piece of meat in her pocket. She claims she can use it to distract the dogs, but wouldn't it just attract them in the first place?
