Parts of Philly for sure. Philly's a big art town, with some great schools.

Philly isn't really the nicest city in the world though. It does have some decent schools and there is nice areas but generally I wouldn't want to live in the city itself.

People who wish to be labelled as 'Artists' (some kind of people who see things the rest of us don't) need to be loaded up in a spaceship, shot into the sun with the words 'We are Gay' painted on the side in case any aliens decide to save them.
