Graphics are important to me as systems get more powerful. If I'm going to drop a few hundred dollars on a system, I don't particularly want to see games that can be graphically done on a current or previous generation system. That's not to say that graphics take priority over gameplay, but they should certainly be a big part of a game, since they often times add to the gameplay and/or the mood of the game.Quote:

The increased power means more than just graphical improvements. We should be seeing a big step forward in AI this generation. Bigger worlds, more characters on screen, massive draw distance, improved lighting, better physics. Everything we've come to know in the past generation is going to get much more refined. There's a lot to be done graphics wise still.Quote:
