It's out November 3rd.
I want it now.
Hahahaha.
Seems Kazakhstan's still pissed about Borat making their country look like it's stuck in the stone age and filled to the borders with incest and rapists. Kazakhstan's President is flying to the USA to talk with Bush (in part) about the "Borat problem." Never mind the fact that Sacha Baron Cohen is, in fact, BRITISH.

Maybe Cohen's not wrong about Kazakhstan after all.
Ok, since nothing has been posted yet, there will be a worldside screening of Borat on 9/20. Basically, it's a promotion through myspace. You have to add myspace.com/blackcarpet as your friend and they will post info reguarding the time and location of the screening. Since I don't have a myspace, I asked my gf to add it and I just logged on her myspace after reading the info has been posted from a Borat fan site.
What you have to do is add www.myspace.com/blackcarpet and www.myspace.com/borat to your top 8/16/24 and print out your page. That is your ticket. The only thing that sucks is it's first come first serve, so I'm sure it's going to be packed everywhere.
Borat himself will be at one of the screenings. I copied and pasted the list of locations and the times of the screening and organized it for my fellow TNLers:

I myself don't have a myspace account. I will most likely use my sister's account or just make one up quick. Finally, myspace serves some fucking purpose.
Also, Cohen will be at one of the screenings, they're not saying which, but it's been confirmed.
It's hilarious that Marwan will never find this thread.
Probably won't get in but i think i'll give it a try on wednesday.
I have a MySpace account but I've never really used it. Good a time as any, I guess.
I just got back from the LA screening. We got there at 5pm. By the time it was like 7-8 it was packed. The line inside I'd say was a good 500 people maybe and the line outside maybe like 150? Nevertheless, not everyone got into the showing. When the movie ended, there were still a lot of people in line, so I'm guessing they showed it again.
So far, as far as the movie is concerned..
BEST. MOVIE. EVER. The things Borat does is beyond imaginable. I can't believe the stuff the censors let in. Borat went all out and delivered a film that will not soon be forgotten. I don't think I've ever laugh as hard as I did during a movie. This is a MUST SEE.
The entire nude fight scene with Azamat (his friend) was ridiculous funny. I can't believe I witnessed what I did. Borat basically went behind him and went doggy style on him and then they got into the 69 position. They were both naked.
A fun little fact: Borat's friend, Azamat, would speak in Armenian as Borat would respond in some complete other language. I'm Armenian so the funny thing is I knew everything he was saying, and it wouldn't exaclt match up with the subtitles. My friend and I found that pretty interesting.
