Every mathematician I ever met at UCLA (and my degree is in Math, by the way) put their trade and their science above their politics. You don't fuck with the math. I don't doubt there are liberal nuts in other departments but not at the math one.

And this is not heresay, it is solid, grounded, mathematical proof. Solid statistical analysis. It really can't get much more solid. If you want to dismiss it that is fine but it's not because there's a problem with the evidence.

THERE is a problem with the evidence Diff. It's not going hold up in the court of law, that's 101 stuff man. Unless you can prove to me that every person who touched this report didn't have an agenda, I can't accept this as being valid. If I put some skewed numbers that greatly favor the Conservative tax breaks that was done by Stephen Hawking you would dispute it. It's politics.

Actually Im pretty sure it will. As g0zen and I said the State Department and UN use exit polls to ensure validity of elections in third world countries. If there is a mismatch of the type you saw in 2004 then action will be taken. It happens ALL THE TIME.
