You shouldn't. If you don't feel that it's a good value then don't buy it, or wait for the inevitable price drop. But that doesn't mean it's an objectively bad price, it means it's a price that doesn't match up with what you, personally, are willing to pay. Likewise, I'm not willing to pay $400 for an Xbox 360, but it is in no way a bad price for what's included and what Microsoft can afford to charge.
