512 mb of flash ram put in. Nintendo is really stressing the use of SD cards with the DS so i'm not that suprised.
Also there's apparently some flash ram in the controller that allows you to take the configurations of your remote sensitivity and stuff like that, save them and bring them to other people's houses.
