I didn't believe Sony could pull off an Xbox Live experience for free. Not for a second and if anyone did, he/she is an idiot. MS' live service is second to none and the cost is reasonable given the infrastructure and features set. Sony just want to steal their thunder but at the end of the day, they have no clue how to implement something like that for free.

It was from the 1up show...I think I confused no online deathmatch with on-line co-op. Pretty sure they said no system link too, which really doesn't matter. It was more than a week ago, I can't remember exactly what it was now.Quote:

You're confused. There's no online co-op, and it's been that way from day one.
I dont know why anyone really gives a damn about online co-op. Co-op is much better played with the person sitting next to me. Leave the online for killing each other.
Co-Op is better when each player has a full screen.
Unless you know, you have a really huge screen. Even then it's still better to have two.
