I i wonder if i should get one to ebay, or a few.. I'm going to look for a pic that saw were this guy bought like 20 of them,, lol

a recall would be a goldmine for ebay, that makes these even more limited.. word on teh street, the techonology used in these elmo is really hard to produce, they say elmos might be gone before demcember. They also have a limited edition spanish speaking version...

For joint movement and voice recordings, I doubt the "tech" is really that hard to produce at all. In fact, they can improve on a number of things like making him laugh only when being touched, or add some form of movement to his left arm. Hell his mouth needs to move as well. WE CAN'T HAVE NO YACKING MUPPET WITHOUT THE HEAD MOVING!! (thats just creepy)

A couple motors attached to levers in the feet and arms, and possibly some leveling sensors, but the movements are probably just scripted. Nothing hard in there.

Umm yeah, I posted this in the Youtube thread last night, where it belongs. Just saying. My video is better anyway, it has batshit insane dog in the background.
