Got back from third interview with Senior VP. Now just waiting for HR to call me to let me know if I got it or not. *crosses fingers*

Damn EA. They keep delaying the game testing. O well, not in a rush anyways since the "preview/review" wont be printed until next year of March.

Anyways, got an email and Bookspan is now asking me for references. I guess I'm in? Took me 3 weeks to get through all these interviews, now lets see how long for them to do references.

Make sure you know what a clipping path is. I know designers who got fired because they had to ask. If you don't I can tell you if you're too lazy to google it.

I dont know how long HR usually takes for references but I should hear something back within a week or so (it took them 3 weeks to get this far). So hopefully within 3-4 weeks?! (including 2 week notice to my freelance. I'm doing some projects that I would want to finish up before leaving (if I do decide to leave. more than likely i will since this current place wouldnt pay me what a big company would pay me, not to mention benefits, 401k, stock options, etc.)

I got an offer! I'm negotiating price right now. If all goes well, I should be there beginning of December.

THey're offering me $33,000 with full benefits, 3 weeks vacation (can carry over 5 days), 401k ($ for $), 2 personal days, 9am-5pm. I'm trying for a couple thousand more ($35k-36K)

Not bad for straight out of college and like 6 months of freelance
