Wow you guys are crazy, PSU is amazing and this is only a beta so it is just going to get better.

If the PC version would have worked with the X360 version (like FF:11 does) I wouldn't have bought the 2nd X360. Too make up the $400 I'll just skip a few games on my preorder list :tu:

I saw marwan while playing with a few people from Opa-Ages but he didn't join up. We had a lot of fun :D

They're going to have significant changes between now and next week when it comes out?

All giving you shit aside, PSU is one of the least fun games I have ever played. The controlls are shit, the world is cramped and the over all quality of everything is very low. The game is complete garbage.

I loaded it up, made a character, got through the 2nd floor of what apparently was going to be a 6 floor tour of a shopping mall, and then it froze my 360. Deleted.

Not going to argue the merits of the game with you, if you don't like PSU you obviously were not a fan of PSO hence the game isn't for you. This game has everything I could have hoped for in a sequel to one of my favorite games of all time.

My complaints with the game are confined to the lag issues and the broken boss levels, both hopefully will be fixed by the 24th when the game hits retail.

I'd rather play a game like PSO/PSU over shit like WoW and EQ any day of the week :p

By the sounds of TNL, you're the only fan of PSO that thinks PSU isn't more complicated and less fun.

I played PSO on DC, I played V2 on DC and XBOX... I didn't get to 200, but I leveled a few characters to 100+. I played it enough. PSU brings nothing that I want to the table. For the developement time that was spent on the game, it feels atrocious.

Between the DC and Xbox versions of PSO, I put in over 400 hours. PSO shits all over this from a great height.

Knowing Sega and seeing how little time there is between now and the shipping date, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Goddamn it all, too. This was once my absolutely most anticipated game. Phantasy Star is my all time favorite franchise and so I want Morphix to be right with all my heart. But I know - not just on the word of TNL and pretty much every other gaming board out there, but in the core of my being, at the center of each of my very cells which cry out in anguish at such an affront to all that is right in the cosmos- that the chances of this game not sucking total ass is nil.

Chux is right- how long has this been in development? There is no fucking excuse.

Also, lawl at anyone who thinks this is actually a beta and not the finished game. If so, I have some real estate I need you to invest in for me.
