Must... wait... for... TRU... sale...

Picked up Black for Xbox, $20 at TRU.

Just bought the four-disc Hulk Hogan Anthology from Wal-Mart for $17! I was expecting it to either be $20, or out of stock since so many stores sold it early. Luckily, this store sold it on its release date. There's also a four-disc version with three episodes of Hogan Knows Best on it, but I'd rather have the match version, since HKB is mostly terrible, and the extra match disc has a legendary SNME bout between Harley Race and Hogan on it, along with a personal favorite match with him facing Earthquake at SummerSlam '90 .

Is there any wrestling match you don't have on DVD? Good lord.

See, here's the thing. I'd rather have Hogan cutting ridiculous promos and stupid 80's stunts like him training with Mean Gene, then 4 full discs of his wrestling, because it's pretty much the same match every time.

The voice acting is top notch and some how they managed to lip sync everything perfectly. Don't see that much in games, it really draws you in. The music is really good too.

Only down side is that it is a PS2 game so it is a little rough on the eye but it does have a wide screen mode. A Xbox or X360 version would have been sweet, but I guess we will have to wait for Bully 2.

I didn't get the same feeling off of the music. I was expecting a little more I guess. It doesn't suck, but it does seem a little repetitive.

Totally agree with one of the best PS2 titles to come out this year. The graphics would have been better if released for a better console, but the detail in and out of the buildings is pretty impressive. I am glad they spent their time with the characters making their personalities interesting and quirky rather than just pretty.
