Why are so many people such idiots behind the wheel? I just don't get it.

I was at a red light and a guy pulls up next to me. He comes to a complete stop behind the white line, then proceeds to roll up into the intersection. His entire giant, full cab, duelly truck is just sitting in the intersection. If a cop came by, bam, instant ticket; and if there were cars coming the other way he'd have had to ran the red light to get out of their way. Which at that point he should have just done anyway. As soon as it turned green he proceeded on his idiotic way.

I wish I had a camera mounted on my dash so I could record idiots and send tapes to the police. Pretty frustrating to watch someone doing something incredibly irresponsible and dangerous without cops around.

And it never fails. Never. When it rains, roughly one in every twenty cars does not have their headlights on. Those cars are practically invisible, so dangerous.

Once I was driving at night in the rain, by which point cars were only visible by their lights. One guy with no lights speeds past me, cuts me off, and slams on his brakes to make an exit (mind you, there was no one behind me so it's not like he was being forced to get ahead). Damn near planted my car through his.

If any one drives a Scion, I have an led necklace (lights up blue) and a Scion keychain, both of which I got from the Scion booth a few years ago. Hit me up with a pm.

Yeah, I know it's weird to be waffling between a huge SUV and a sporty convertible, but I can't make up my mind re: practicality vs. fun.

I'm ditching the Del Sol and the Avalanche and want one car instead of two.

I dunno about this explanation. The meager LS2 makes plenty of torque for my 3,700 lbs. car. I don't see how a lighter car wouldn't be fine with the N/A LS7, unless that 3,600 lbs. estimate is off (honestly, seems pretty light considering the car). The current CTS-V weighs about 3,900 lbs.

So you were looking at a premium vehicle with the poorest reliability record on the road, yet for some reason a well regarded Porsche gave you second thoughts.

Don't get a convertible as an only car, you'd regret it.

Yeah fo realz. Go with what Wildkat drove in before that Dodge Magnum. Or go with a crossover vehicle that looks cool, has better than SUV gas mileage, and has a pretty good torque/weight ratio.
