Original Sonic (Genesis) Coming to GBA

This should've been released for the DS as a compilation with other Sonic titles.

This definitely should've been on a DS compilation, and it sucks that you have to beat the game in order to unlock the spin dash. Since this has some extra features, it's a slightly better deal than the NES Classics games, but unlike some of those, this has been released on way too many compilations to justify paying $20 for it.

Seriously, is there a console out there right now that can't play this game? Is this even news?

I'm a Sonic whore and I don't give two shits about this.

I'm good with no spin-dash. It should never have been added to Sonic 1 in the first place.

The ability to save best times for levels makes this of some interest to me. That adds a lot of value if you're a Sonic die-hard.

Sega does not deserve praise for adding a Print Screen button to Sonic 1.
