My pissed off games shopping.

Today is Saturday and I went to look for Morrowind and Tactics Ogre. My crappy city had neither so I had to drive 40 miles one way to get to any stores that may have them. My first stop is Funcoland. Walking into the store I see a bigass sign hanging in their window saying Morrowind Xbox is here. Hooray I thought, easy find. I go inside and cannot see morrowind on the shelf. I ask the guy behind the counter and he had no idea what I was talking about. He asks the other guy and they both look around for a minute and come back with squat. Sorry we're out they said. I'm like why the hell do you have the friggin sign in the window?? They didnt even know about the freakin sign! Screw them. My next stop is the mall. I go into Software ETC. and ask and they say all they had were presells...figures. Tactics Ogre? I ask...nope we sold out,try back Monday...grrrrr. At least the guys in Software werent complete boobs like Funco. My next stop is EB and low and behold, they got a shitload of Morrowind Xbox! I look around for Tactics and I see the box on the shelf. I ask the guy and he knew right away that it was his last one and went to get the box. The guy even said that they've had Morrowind since Thursday. I leave happy. Just for shits and giggles I go to Best Buy to see whats new. After looking around I found Morrowind there too, but it wasnt even near the Xbox section! What a stupid ass store this is.

EB online rules whenever I order from it and I guess the EB store ruled ass for me today too.

If you were a gamer in Puerto Rico, you'd probably shoot someone! :lol:

We have:

- No import stores!
- No Best Buy!
- No Target!
- No CompUSA!
- No Circuit City!


Also, garage sales are unheard of here, as are flea markets. If you want to buy games, it's either TRU, EB, or Gamestop. My local GS has some great employees, but EB? House of the Braindead is more like it...

Those are all so very important for my shopping needs. Luckily there all in good supply in South Cali. :)

Yep, Soft ETC near me recently became GameStop.

Yeah you guys are right that Software ETC and Funco are the same. I'm talking about the stupid ass people that worked at them. The Funco people are retarded and the Software people were just slightly. I still had to drive 40 miles to get to those stores. The TRU in my city will be back in a few months. Thank god. I work there so I get all my games right away. Thats the only thing that I miss about that place.
