yeah i just got done playing through it again too thats why all this stuff is still fresh in my mind.
yeah me too...I just beat it for the 3rd time...this time on hard mode.
I hope the hard mode on the Wii version is a few notches harder. The only really tough one was the final map...I finished it without losing a single character. I lost at least one or two in my first two playthru's on normal mode!

I applaud you for recognizing the error of your ways =)
But as others have said. Titania is there to help you get into the game and can save you in tough times in the beginning. If you use her too much you steal all the experience points from your new guys.
For example when Titania kills one of the early enemies...she might gain about 3 exp. but Ike or someone else will gain like 30-40. It may be more dangerous for them to earn 'em, but it's much more beneficial to the party as a whole. Creating a well-rounded group is very satisfying...and it'll help out a ton later in the game because they'll all be able to lend support.
Titania is not unbeatable tho....in the latter half of the game I've had her die on me more times than most other characters. She starts high but her growth levels taper off quicker than most others.
Yeah, I'm on chapter 27 right now and Titania (maxed out EXP) is still useful, but not one of my better characters. Oscar (also a maxed out Paladin) is much better, as is Ike, Mia and my "Wings of Doom." She can still take out most enemies in a single attack, but has low defense compared to others.
Yeah hard mode isnt really that hard, there was a maniac mode in the jap version that was taken out from what i hear you outnumbered almost 20:1 in every map, now that sounds like fun.
That pretty much sums up a myrmidon/swordmaster. :p Atleast your Mia didnt get strength screwed, my endgame 20/7 Mia had 22 strength. :td:

a link to a pic showing that dark magic is back. (if you look in the lower right hand corner you can see the magic triangle i.e. light beats dark, dark beats anima, and anima beats light.)
Just because this is one of the few games I would want a Wii to play, and one of the few Nintendo series, that while they don't get more innovative in the least, I enjoy playing.Quote:
