Oh and all the bullshit about 20% off the guide when you buy the game, they didn't even take it off my friends purchase. I assume they didn't do it to anyone elses. Go gamestop retards.

Oh and everyoned seemed to get the LE version. We watched my friends dvd, and let me tell you, not worth it.

yea, i get this exact same shit whenever i go to, or call, the Gamestop in Flushing. i actually expect them to ask if i have a pre-order for used games, or whatever other crap they're selling in there because there hasn't been a time that i've gone in there where they weren't pushing the importance of a pre-order. why would i want to pre-order something the day before it comes out anyway?

not that it really matters in the end because i almost always end up going to the GS in Fresh Meadows. no bullshit, no hassle.

The Gamestop in Roosevelt Field mall, the one in the middle by the elevators. That's the one where the annoying fat dude is.

The guys working in the Gamestop in Sunrise mall are pretty cool, though. And there's a Gamecrazy in the Hollywood video on the corner of Hicksville and Jerusalem that has a nice staff as well.

Why would anyone need to pre-order any game ever? Within a 5 minute radius of my house I have Best Buy, Circuit City, Three Gamestops (two in the mall, one across the street from the mall), Gamecrazy, and Toys R Us.

i didn't like that Game Express. i don't even remember the big reason why but i'm sure it's because one of their employees was a giant douchebag (which is common at ALL their locations). they also tried to sell me a bootleg Final Fantasy soundtrack (might've been some other soundtrack) and kept insisting that it was the real deal.

Eh, I was buddies with the manager. I never really bought much there, I just hung out when I didn't have anything better to do during lunch.

Besides, do they even have any retail locations anymore? I think they're just web-based now, even their NYC store is gone.

I've never pre-ordered anything, ever, and never will. Fuck that policy, I'll shop elsewhere.
