It's been a while since i played the DS game and i never beat it, but what i've played of Second Opinion is better than what i remember of the original. The tool selection is much improved and using the remote is much more immersive.

Heads up if you're still trying to find a Wii; Best Buy held a lot of it's stock for Sunday. Word just got out this morning, so the info will only have a day to spread; your chances will probably be good if you get there an hour or two in advance. The expectation is about 25 Wii's per store.

Oh I'm not buying one. Not until I physically play it and confirm its excellence anyway.
