I think you've been here long enough for it to be safe to advertise an upcoming deal. I'll can wait for Halo 3. I had fun in Halo but Halo 2 was really quite bland. Halo's repetitive level design was shit too though.

Honestly, Halo struck at the right time for it to be a system mover and there will probably be enough nerds out there putting their money down for this to be a positive "deal" for EB or Gamestop.

I went to EB games and reserved the legendary edition. The guy said it comes with 4 DVDs and a helmet. The helmet is a motorcycle helmet, so I'm assuming that's what it can be used for.

I just got back form work again and read the email highlighting it. From what I read the legendary is just the collectors edition but with a helmet, but I could be wrong.

I knew a guy who had Halo 2 reserved for two years.

What's the big deal?

Who in the hell wants a Halo motorcycle helmet?

Does it at least look like Master Chief's?

Honestly I have no clue.

I guess the Halo series is the PC illiterate/poor-man's version of (insert popular long running PC FPS here).

Also, anyone who rides around in a $30, or less, motorcycle helmet just because it says Halo 3 is f'in nuts.

for the love of god i hope it doesn't say Halo 3 on it. Not that this is gonna end up being cool in my eyes, but having a replica helmet emblazoned with "HALO 3" would totally ruin it.
