How would this apply? Missiles were fired and shot down by patriots... Early reports said they were SCUDs, others said they were al-samuds or FROGS (whatever).. There was an issue with the TYPE of missile that was used, not the fact that they were fired and shot down (the TYPE of missile was disproven, NOT the whole story, geez)... In this case, the missiles NOT being SCUDs (cause you saw reports stating they weren't) was so important to you that you had to harass Jimmy about it, as well as aggravate others - myself included...
Again, this wasn't propoganda, guys on the ground made a mistake or jumped the gun on the TYPE of missile which was used... The Pentagon cleared it up, so end of story - all "confirmations" on the TYPE of missile now seem to match... Btw, I heard on NPR today that it the was British that reported 30 oil well fires early on, which you used in your reasoning to claim the US media is just full of propoganda... The count was lowered to 5, now it's reportedly 10 fires... I just don't get why you couldn't have waited a little while longer on it, and why it was sooo important that the type of missile NOT be a SCUD. How it took higher priority in your mind regarding the TYPE of missile it was, while people are getting killed on both sides I find so odd...
