I haven't had that much time to put into it yet and so far I've only played the career mode. Which I must say is leaps and bounds past the pervious installments. For starters you don't have to limit yourself to just one fighting style anymore. You can train in any style for each skill level. You start with a certain number of skill points and with those you can learn different moves (which you have to perform a certain task to get) and gain attribute points. Then you must win 5 sparing matches to qualify for a 8 man tournament. After wining (or losing) the tourney you advance to the next skill level and are given the option to select a new style to learn from or continue on with the same one.
On the graphics side, I think it looks just a little better than Tapout on the Xbox (which system is more powerful?). However I'm no graphic whore and don't notice all the little stuff so who really knows. The character movement is also just a step above Tapout, nothing huge but noticeable.
So far I'm on the third skill level and I'm not sure how much further it goes on. I still haven't gotten to fight any real UFC fighters yet just the made up ones. I gotta get back to playing so I'll post some more impressions later.
