Sadly, 3d Realms still sells all of the old Apogee DOS games for a billion dollars a piece, so this won't help with that.

This just says it's ok to crack the copy protection in these games. Which in the case of old DOS games generally involved looking up shit in the manual. It has nothing to do with distribution.

If only this were to extend beyond abondonware and tell nintendo to STFU about games they haven't printed in over 2 years since release. They do a good job on letting a limited run for their GBA titles fade into obscurity and making it hard to find a legit (non-pirated) copy on ebay.
