I think some of you guys are being a bit too harsh on Mac Danzig. I think he's one of the few stand-up guys on the show. It was pretty shitty of him to rail on Bowman like he did, but he recognizes he was wrong. And honestly, aside from that he's been pretty cool and mature compared to the other idiots on the show. His blog updates are good reading, too.

I'm pretty stoked to see what happens tomorrow night. I'm rootin' for Silva and Vera.

I take it back and have to go with Spider tonight. The guy is a beast and he's been training with Big and Lil' Nog and Filho. I think Franklin will have a lot of pressure on him fighting at home.

I'm really interested to see the Okami-McDonald fight tonight. I'm a big fan of Yushin and would love to see him drop the Athlete.

I always pull for Vera. He never dissappoints me and hope tonight is no exception.

I saw red and started going off without thinking.It was just stupid. It's one thing for me to tell Bowman off himself, but it's another to insult the Miller brothers (whom I didn't even know well at the time) and say negative things about them.That was pretty lame on my part, but I was acting out of anger and overall frustration with the situation. Although that's noexcuse, it's definitely thereason.The worst part of all this, in my opinion, was me referring to Cole as a "skinny hick from Alabama." That was wrong on my part. I really sounded like an ignorant bigot with that line, and after I cooled down I thought to myself "Man, that was bad. I hope that doesn't air."But, of course it did.

What's set in play is done and it can't be undone. I was worried about it a few days later and I asked one of the producers if it was going to air, and of course she said she had no idea.We all had a tactic when something that we didn't want to air happened, and that was: Don't talk about it or mention it anymore, and avoid the question in the interviews.I tried this tactic, but it was already too big of an issue.Instead of addressing it, apologizing to Blake on camera (who I was still angry at and disgusted with) and 'blah blah-ing' about how I have friends from Alabama and I'm not that big of a jerk, I tried to ignore it, but drama is drama. On a good note, one of the first things I did when I got back home after the show was all said and done, was email Cole Miller and apologize about it. Today, all of us are on great terms and there is a very good chance I'll be in Florida training with the Miller brothers whom I have alot of respect for very soon.

Too bad you might not unless you're at the live event. The Okami / MacDonald fight isn't scheduled to air, which is pretty lame considering some of the fights that ARE going to air for sure (most disappointing is the Starnes / Belcher fight). Hopefully someone goes out quickly so Okami and MacDonald can air 'cause that should be a real good fight.

Yeah, they didn't air the Okami fight but apparently he won pretty convincingly via unanimous decision. I understand this was the last fight on his UFC contract so he'll have to resign if he's to get a title shot (and rematch) vs. Anderson Silva.

Silva looked like the best in the business once again last night. It's amazing how calm and relaxed the guy looks, and how absolutly patient he is. There was a lot of respect between Silva and Franklin last night and you can tell Silva was touched when Franklin went over to raise his hand as the victor. If Hollywood Hendo moves down to 185, he may be the only fighter with a shot to taken down Spider. Pound-for-pound, Silva's my pick for the best especially after seeing Shogun lose his most recent fight. I realize I'm leaving out Fedor, but I thought Randy could beat him.

I'm really disappointed in Vera's performance. Silvia I guess was just too big for him to do much with. He says he broke his hand in the first round, so I guess that could be why he was so not busy. But he was supposed to be kicking the shit out of Sylvia and didn't. That clinch shit was boring.

Silva is soooo dangerous. I can't imagine him having a bad fight against anybody. I figured he was going to destroy Franklin again.

Silvia's just underrated and disrespected. I like how he called out Kongo and think he'd win that fight. He didn't call out Minotauro, though!

Sylvia is a fucking borefest. i'm glad the crowd boo'd that fight. a little bit of WCW style trash thrown into the ring and some Pride style money penalties might make his ass work. sucked to see Red handed a loss by Bonnar. having Jorge being beat as soundly as he was, was a bit of a disappointment as well.
